City of Charlotte Garage and Attic Sale Privilege License
A Yard Sale License is required whenever conducting an attic sale, garage sale, yard sale,
or similar type sale within Charlotte city limits. Failure to obtain a license can result in a fine.
To obtain a license, please begin by entering the following information:
Local Printer Required
A local printer is required for printing the license after the payment is accepted.
The license will be available for printing up to the date of the yard sale.
